NEMT provides in-shop component repair, custom rebuild, and major-overhaul services for ProGrind CNC grinding equipment and related systems. We help customers restore equipment capability, address wear and reliability concerns, and define practical paths for long-term service.
In-shop diagnostic and repair service is appropriate when a removable machine component, assembly, or serviceable item can be sent to NEMT for detailed bench evaluation. This may include workheads, spindle-related components, control assemblies, and other serviceable equipment.
Our team inspects the component, identifies failure modes or wear conditions, completes applicable repairs, and verifies operation before return. When a larger issue is identified, NEMT can recommend the appropriate repair, overhaul, or machine-service path.
