Technical Support & Field Service

NEMT provides remote diagnostic support and onsite service for ProGrind CNC grinders, NEMT-built grinding cells, controls, and related automation. Our team helps customers identify likely causes, define practical next steps, and determine whether onsite service or component-level repair is appropriate.
Remote support is suited to first-level troubleshooting, review of alarm history, evaluation of recent changes, and defining the scope of repair before an onsite visit or shipment is required.

When hands-on support is needed, NEMT technicians can come to your facility to diagnose and repair ProGrind machines, grinding cells, and related automation. We assess the equipment in its production environment and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and process-related issues.

What Onsite Service Can Include

Onsite Diagnostic and Repair
Onsite service can include machine verification, recovery from common faults, alignment and adjustment work, operational testing, and recommendations for follow-up repairs or maintenance.
When Component Repair Is Appropriate
When a removable machine component, assembly, or serviceable item requires detailed evaluation, NEMT can perform in-shop diagnostic and repair work. This may include workhead, spindle-related, control, and other serviceable assemblies that can be sent to NEMT for bench inspection, repair, and verification before return.

When a larger issue is identified, NEMT can recommend the appropriate repair, overhaul, or machine-service path.
