NEMT provides practical, on-machine training for operators, setup personnel, supervisors, and teams responsible for ProGrind CNC grinders and integrated automation systems. Training is tailored to your installed equipment, agreed part families, available tooling, and normal production materials.
Operator and setup training helps new operators, backup operators, setup personnel, and supervisors develop a clear, repeatable understanding of safe operation and day-to-day machine use.
Training topics can include startup and shutdown, safety interlocks, program selection, loading and unloading, cycle monitoring, common alarm response, workholding, wheel dressing, offsets, in-process checks, and routine operator-level machine care.

NEMT provides guided hands-on training using representative customer parts. Working alongside your personnel, we reinforce the relationship between setup practices, tooling, cycle monitoring, inspection practices, and part quality.
Advanced Process and Changeover Training
Advanced training supports setup personnel, process owners, supervisors, and experienced operators responsible for sustaining performance across agreed part families.
Sessions can cover program and tooling verification, changeover procedures, operating-parameter refinement, shift handoffs, advanced alarm scenarios, and operator-level maintenance practices.
For ProGrind systems equipped with robot loading, vision inspection, gauging, or other integrated automation, NEMT also provides training that addresses the complete system, including safe interaction, sequence checks, first-level alarm response, recovery procedures, and setup verification.
